Leutasch is paradise for mountain biking (2 bikes available in the house) and nordic skiing as well as hiking and relaxing. The apartment of 54 m2 is located in an idyllic place, barrier-free and fully equipped to modern standards. Additionally: During the winter months, you can use the Nordic skiing tracks free of charge as long as you have the guest passes with you. During the summer months, every registered traveller can use the Alpenbad for 4 hours every day. That's an awesome deal!

Im Herzen des westlichen Mittelgebirges liegt das malerische Götzens. Meine Unterkunft liegt in zentraler ruhiger Lage. Innsbruck ist mit Bus oder Auto in 15 min. zu erreichen. Shopping und Kultur im alpinen Umfeld ! In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich 2 Supermärkte, Bäcker, Metzger, Apotheke und ein Arzt. Weiter befinden sich in der nähe ein Hallenbad, eine Eishalle und ein Tennisplatz. Das Schigebiet liegt 300m entfernt und ist zu Fuß in 5 min. erreichbar. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.

Die Ferienwohnung Serlesblick liegt in unserem Mehrfamilienhaus im 1. Stock. Sie besteht aus zwei Schlafzimmern (je mit Doppelbett), einer voll ausgestatteten Küche, einem Esszimmer, einem großzügigen Wohnzimmer, einem großen Badezimmer mit Dusche, Vorraum, 2 Balkonen und einem Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Für Elektroautos steht eine E-Ladestation zur Verfügung. Auch die Ferienwohnung Hochserles (für max. 6 Personen) gehört uns und liegt im EG des Hauses.
