You’ll love my place because of the light, the cosiness, the view and the deck. It is close to skiing, parks, race track, golfing, horseback riding, swimming, fishing pier, groceries, shops & Tim Hortons: 7 miles to Barrie. Due to the break wall around the property young children must be supervised. The water is shallow however, young children would need a fenced in property; my property is not fenced in. This is not appropriate for young children that cannot be outside without supervision.
