Charming '80s Desert Trailer Near The Beach

Located in Bombay Beach, just half a block from the beach, a 32-foot 1980s Layton trailer sits tucked away behind the main house under a shaded eucalyptus tree. It is fully set up to be the perfect getaway for your desert adventure! Ideally suited for two guests, the space is kept entirely original and decorated with unique artwork. It offers a kitchen, bath, cozy bedroom, and living space, plus an outdoor dining area, grill, firepit, parking, and a second bathroom with a shower and laundry.

The studio is behind the main house and is completely private and detached from the main house. It is quiet and cozy and was remodeled in September 2018. It includes WiFi, expanded cable TV, NetFlix, and Hulu on a smart TV. The kitchen has new cabinets and countertops, a farm sink, over-the-range microwave, an oven and stove, and a dishwasher. The kitchen is well-equipped with pots and pans, dishes, bowls, glasses, etc. New steel exterior door was installed is very secure. Non-smoking only.
