I have used local artists for a creative cozy retreat. We sleep 4 comfortably with 1 King bed upper and a queen bed lower.. 2 full bathrooms, hot tub on the water, fire pit, grill, kayaks, paddle boat..all you need for a great getaway. The original railing and gate of courtroom divides the 825 soft studio style layout. Loft has a separated bath and laundry and a patio with hot tub!
