The apartment's greatest feature is the spectacular, uninterrupted lake view. Guests come here to relax, enjoy nature, swim, paddleboard, meditate, practice yoga, play tennis, billiard and spend quality time. This is not a city apartment or a luxury hotel it is a peaceful retreat where the view and tranquility are the true highlights. Because of the remote location, housekeeping staff must travel from Sevan City, making cleaning and maintenance more difficult and expensive than in urban areas.
