It's the best of both worlds w/ plenty of nature (burbling creek, rock paths, trees, birds, mountain air, stars) + close to civilization (the property is near restaurants/shops). Native rock fireplace, hot tub, eclectic art, record collection/player, games, books, TV, Wifi, BBQ, fire pit hang deck. We have a chicken coop, happy to leave eggs at the cabin upon request. Curl up by the fireplace and enjoy surround-sound tunes, or have a spa-like soak after hitting the nearby trails. As a creative couple ourselves, we designed this space for romantic getaways and creative retreats.

Nestled among cedars and oaks in the woods of Pine Cove, let this "Cabin in the Sky" be your mountain retreat. The spacious porch accommodates the trunks of tall pines giving it a treehouse feel. There is a table for dining al fresco, L-shaped outdoor seating and a swing just for gazing at the stars. “Artists’ Paradise!” This 500 sq ft one-bedroom storybook cabin (ideal for just two adults - no parties!) was built in 1930 by Idyllwild miners and is hidden on an acre of thick woods with private hiking trails where you will discover a large hovering UFO, 2 real crashed airplanes, among other artifacts. It is also home to the owner’s vintage Jeep and motorcycle collection. Every room is filled with original rock and roll themed art projects and the kitchen ceiling is a museum unto itself.

The cabin sits in a large, tree lined lot that is shared with the downstairs basement apartment. The only shared space is the backyard and laundry room (laundry available upon request).
