Breath-taking views across the countryside yet just a 20 minute walk or 5 minute busride to the university campus and onwards to the city centre. Within easy reach of beaches and Dartmoor and 1 mile from main-line train station. Well-stocked farm shop across the road. The studio is in our garden - here to help and also respect your privacy

Ideal for an overnight stop, attending a wedding locally or close to Exeter Uni and city centre. A selection of local pubs serving great food and local beers are within a 10 minute drive or stroll along one of the many scenic footpaths. Little Gables is located just outside the idyllic village of Dunsford on the edge of the Dartmoor National Park. An architect designed self catered guesthouse with boutique cabin style accommodation for two. The modern rustic interior is designed for a luxurious and comfortable stay consisting of a spacious open plan kitchen and living area with vaulted ceiling, bathroom with walk in shower and a built in emperor sized bed (2m x 2m) in the bedroom area with a bath (with a view) in the room.

The Shippon. Unique luxurious South Devon getaway.

A calm, deeply luxurious space to recharge & reconnect. The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

Funky, compact ,self cont cabin with excellent reviews, stoke canon nr Exeter. Safe off road parking, garden and country views. 10 min drive into Exeter/Exeter uni/St Davids train station. Dartmoor/Exmoor/the Jurassic coast beaches and many national trust properties are within easy reach. Reg buses to Exeter/Tiverton village has a shop/Post office and pub that does food & Sunday roast. Lots of lovely walks on the doorstep and v private. Suitable for a couple/individual ( no kids or pets)
