The three Air BnB rooms are downstairs. The hosts are upstairs. The bedroom which faces north, is very sunny and light. There are two chairs with a coffee table in the bedroom. There is also a kitchenette with microwave, fridge, toaster and sandwich press. There is a large table with 2 chairs in the kitchenette where you can eat and/or use your Laptop if you are working or you can use it for groceries etc There is a bathroom with toilet and shower There is a step up to the shower

This is a newly renovated 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit with heat pump (warm& cold) in Pakuranga Height, East Auckland, It is the right part of big house in a full fence big land, can provide accommodation for maximum of 2 guests ).The host live in middle part of house . No sharing except driveway. The unit located near a reserve with Riverhill Primary School located on top of a hill that has a basketball court and down gossamer drive is a fencibles pitch perfect for football.
