Unwind in the rooftop Hot Tub after a day of wandering the Bluebell Woods, playing Crazy Golf on site, exploring the nearby Ashdown Forest or the local Vineyard for Wine Tasting or enjoying the onsite Ice Cream parlour. Betty boasts a super comfy double bed downstairs and European sized bunks up top! Heating upstairs & Down, as well as heated blankets during colder months to keep it nice and cozy. Over 16s ONLY June through August

The Cottage is a delightful property in the heart of the Sussex countryside. Situated in the village of Ardingly the property is located in the centre of the village. Guests can use one bedroom and have exclusive use of the rest of the cottage which benefits from its own private garden and patio area. The cottage is 20 minutes from Gatwick and 10 minutes from Haywards Heath Railway Station. Local attractions include the South of England Showground, Wakehurst Place & The Bluebell Railway.

Hindleap studio is a ground floor bed sitting room with en-suite shower room and kitchenette. Private off-street parking. Located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the quiet setting is a short stroll to our local pub which serves great food. With plenty of local walks and visitor attractions nearby such as steam railways, vineyards, national trust properties and quaint villages. Own transport is needed, although the local bus connects to Haywards Heath and East Grinstead.

A cosy and comfortable countryside studio space

Our cosy and comfortable studio, 'The Yellow Door' is located in the garden of our family home. In a quiet rural location, Furners Green is situated on the edge of Sheffield Forest . Airy and spacious in the eaves above our barn style oak garage, the Studio comprises of a kingsize bed, additional single bed, well equipped kitchenette, comfortable seating area with TV and wifi, and a bathroom with shower, sink and loo and fresh towels. You can park up to two cars in our driveway.

Bull Cottage, Sheffield Park

A beautiful, 16th century cottage in an area of outstanding natural beauty close to the village of Fletching in East Sussex. Very much a home from home, you can step into a little bit of history with its numerous period features including oak beams, wattle and daub walls and an inglenook fireplace. Cosy in winter and cool in the summer months, it is a great place to unwind and get away from it all, whilst also being on the doorstep of many local walks, pubs and attractions.

Glebe Lodge: Cosy one bed studio flat in Lindfield

This cosy flat in the heart of Lindfield (5 min walk to centre) is the perfect weekend getaway, wedding base camp or longer term holiday let. With a king sized bed, kitchen, bathroom and dining table, the flat can be used as a stop-over for the night or as a base for a weekend exploring the local area. Sitting opposite the owners house, the flat has its own entrance, is secure and off the road (very quiet). Excellent WIFI - 40 Mbps. EARLY CHECK IN AVAILABLE.

The Granary, Organic Vineyard stay with Pool.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

Excellent isolation space. Lovely shepherds hut in an area of outstanding natural beauty 2 fields from the Bluebell Railway, a restored steam railway, close to the Ashdown Forest. The hut is cosy, in a lovely private garden for your sole use. Comfy bed, french linen bedding, and wood burner. Good for couples, solo adventures and dogs. Outside cook space is complete with a barbecue as well as gas hob.
