Sleeping up to 4 adults or 2 adults and 3 children, this cottage has everything you need for a memorable experience.To the side is Morgan Cottage that can sleep unto 6 adults.

The Studio is on the Route 66 cycle path, and you are minutes away from woodland and country walks of outstanding beauty. The village is well served with a bakery, bistro, village store, pub, beauty and hair salon and pharmacy.

Very convenient with easy access from the A1079, York Centre is located 3 miles away from Haygarth Farm. Dunnington village is within walking distance with great amenities, a pub, hairdressers, chemist, supermarket & bakery. Hagg Wood is beautiful to visit. Please also note that the property has slipper baths - there are no showers or shower heads (see pictures) Private area with seating and a hot tub. We are in the countryside but only 2 miles from local amenities. Pocklington is 2 miles, The beautiful city of York is 12 miles, the coast is only an hours drive.

Converted from a 300 year old stable, part of a Gentleman's Residence in a small village on the outskirts of York. We have an orchard with chickens and occasionally piglets.
