If you're visiting for work , the freeway will have you at the Gold or Sunshine Coasts easily while Holland Park is in a central location to get you around Brisbane.

Great little granny flat for short or long stays for two people comfortably it has a sofa bed so can house three but a little cramped , has aircon fridge coffee kettle microwave and a double bed plus a sofa bed if needed, the light switch with the x on it is the outside sensor light and it’s set so please leave alone , close to shops , restaurants pub and travel, if u are a first timer can u message first as i had a bad experience with my first guest

We have free street parking, easy walk to a major bus route offering 17 minutes to CBD for 50 cents. Easy access to the M1. The unit is under the main house. Renovated in 2024 it has quality soundproofing. The bedroom also has vibration damping that blocks almost all upstairs noise.
