Enjoy the wonderful wildlife which include bald eagles, osprey, beavers, ducks and many more. If you’re hungry, you can order delicious pizza from a real Sicilian in town or fine dine at the Accomac Inn which is just a 5 minute walk down river. Perfect road for a walk, run, or bike ride. This place is truly a relaxing home away from the everyday hustle. Please come enjoy. Close to major highways and sits between Lancaster and York (20 minute drives).

(all within 3 miles) We are central to Gettysburg and Hershey (30 miles), Harrisburg,Carlisle, Boiling Springs, Allen Berry Play house, the Appalachian Trail, and LeTort Spring Run! The Cottage at Legacy Manor is a cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bath retreat, perfect for a couples or solo getaway. "Truly magical" were the words of the first guest when she discovered this wondrous retreat, full of surprises for kids and grown-ups, just downhill from the Appalachian Trail. Go for a walk in the woods, go for a bike ride, splash in the creek, or just laze the day away in a fireside rocker with a good book. With two bedrooms, a clever sleeping alcove, and a futon in the Secret Playroom, the cabin sleeps six, seven if you banish snoring Uncle Arslan to the couch.

The location is private, but still only a few minutes drive to town(Myerstown, Lebanon County PA) where you will find restaurants, gas stations and grocery stores. Enjoy the coziness of the BirdHouse. Our kitchen has the necessities to cook. We provide olive oil, spices, salt and pepper, farm fresh eggs, coffee filters, and trash bags. For the bathroom we provide starter shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, and of course the towels. Linens provided also. Enjoy the courtyard area with its gas fireplace and seating area. Cook on the gas grill and enjoy a meal at the bistro table. Please come and relax!
