This cozy 4 bedroom 2 bath home is located on the water at Greer's Ferry Lake in Higden. The pathway to the water has a beautiful view and a great place to jump in the lake or drop a fishing line. Relax in the evenings on the large deck with a bbq and a soak in the hot tub. The deck is great for observing the local wildlife such as geese and river otters. Welcome to High N Heber. This BRAND NEW house is located on North high street in Heber Springs. Hence the name. We hope you get a good laugh out of it! It is centrally located to everything in Heber Springs, including only 1.5 miles from lake access. Will you be showing up after dark? That's okay, this house lights up every night! Just wait until you see it. We have worked really hard to create this beautiful home and everything in it. We hope you love it as much as we do!!

Your group of up to 5 will love our cabin and living area, fully equipped kitchen, and double deck. Our fishing deck is yours to use. Take a light jacket as it can be cool in the evening. This riverfront cabin is an intimate little hideaway with authentic character. Our one room cabin has River access and Riverview, sleeping space for four people on a queen size bed and queen size futon. A full kitchen with quality cooking utensils, full size refrigerator, electric range with oven and fully stocked coffee bar. The covered dock is available for fishing and if you bring a boat you may use the dock to shelter it. THE CABIN IS NOT PET FRIENDLY!

It is all about the view. This chalet style house with floor to ceiling windows, has more than 180 degrees view of the lake, and sits 600 feet above the water. Don't be alarmed if a plane flies below you while you're sitting on the deck! In our opinion, both the house and the lot make the view one of the very best on Greers Ferry Lake!
