There is a private staircase to the cottage and outside deck area which means that social separation is easily maintained. Your cottage is separate from the main dwelling and is very private. Wild birds abound in this peaceful setting that is close to Brisbane. There is quick access onto the motorway to the Sunshine and Gold Coast too. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby.

Walking distance to University of Qld, PA Hospital, Train & Bus Stations. 6km to Brisbane City and close to freeway entrance and tunnel entrance to Gold & Sunshine Coasts. We have two small dogs (Toby & Rusty) and we live upstairs. We also run a small business so there is a small amount of noise intermittently on Fridays and weekends.

Just 6 km to the city, it is a quick drive or better still, the express bus is at the door and will have you in town in around 10 minutes. If you're visiting for work , the freeway will have you at the Gold or Sunshine Coasts easily while Holland Park is in a central location to get you around Brisbane.
