Our home is walking distance to an AMAZING local cafe- the Sweet Spot! This is the lower level of our home. You will have full access to the lower level and it is completely separate. Entrance is around back through the walk out basement. Sometimes our small girl dogs will be out in the backyard which is shared

Built in the late 1800's, this half of the duplex has a typical shotgun layout with ten-foot ceilings giving a spacious feel. The back of the house has the kitchen, with exposed brick, a dining area, and a bathroom with a washer and dryer.
