The Outhouse - Ground Floor Studio (Entire place)

The 'Outhouse' is a ground floor self contained studio which has been lovingly renovated and opened to our first guests in December 2019. Just a 2-3 minute walk from the centre of Melbourne, a beautiful georgian market town with a fabulous selection of pubs, cafes, restaurants & shops. The studio is divided into a shower room, kitchen with the living area and bedroom in one open plan space. The Outhouse sleeps 2 people in a double bed, with the benefit of air-con during the hot summer months.

Free fibre plus WIFI. East Midlands airport 25 min, the bus is only £2. Junction 11 M42 is a 10 min drive. Electric charging points available in Swadlincote.

Huckleberry cottage Ingleby is a quiet hamlet nestled in the south Derbyshire countryside. Ticknall is just 2miles away, with beautiful walks through National Trust Calke Abbey and Anchor Church caves which is just a stones throw away. The cottage is self contained, with new facilities and open plan living. The stone walls, oak beams and vaulted ceiling with 3 sky light windows create a light spacious feeling.On evenings to enjoy being cosy, there is a electric log burner while you relax.

The Fuller's Shed All Weather Private Hot Tub

This cosy lodge offers a romantic haven for couples wanting to relax in peace. The luxury interior is styled to impress with every comfort catered for. Outside the covered veranda has a private hot tub, swing seat, outdoor hot shower and dining area where you can kick back and relax. Whether you want to stargaze, ramble, or relax, this is the ideal quiet venue with stunning sunsets and views over rolling countryside, horses, sheep and alpacas. Adults only. 2 guests max. A spacious, characterful cottage which adjoins the owner's house. Comfortable sitting room, dining room, kitchen, ground floor bathroom, one double and one twin bedroom. Child friendly garden (stairgates, travel cot and high chair available). Adjoins open countryside and has lovely walks right on the doorstep. Within easy reach of Drayton Manor and Thomas Land via the M42. Bumble Cottage is less than a mile from Conkers. A home from home at the heart of the New National Forest.

Ryelands Retreat

Spend some time away in this modern, countryside bungalow. Ideal for families or small groups of friends! Close to both Burton Town Centre (15 minute drive) and Lichfield City Centre (20-25 minute drive). Perfect for festivals and events held at Catton Hall (only a 10 minute walk away) Owners live in the adjacent property and own a large but very friendly dog (who is kept in his own fenced-off area). The garden is a shared area between the bungalow and the owners.

Conveniently located for the market town of Ashby-de-la-Zouch, with it’s Castle, country walks on the door step with the added bonus of a local Public House (The Black Lion) selling a selection of real ales, across the lane. This makes this the perfect place to explore the National Forest and everything it has to offer. Charging of electric vehicles by prior arrangement only, at an additional cost. Ley Farm The National Forest -The Duckhouse

Situated in the heart of the National Forest within a 10 acre boundary. The Duckhouse is a self contained building ( think large caravan size )within the large garden. The Duckhouse is small but has everything that is required for a short break. There is immediate access to amazing countryside and this lends itself to guests wishing to enjoy a quiet walking break. There is a large 24 hr Tesco near junction 13 M42. Internet available.

Shepherds Hut+Hot Tub+BBQ Hut on farm with animals

You will drive off the quiet country road, up the farm track and arrive at Top House Farm where your Shepherds Hut, Hot Tub and BBQ Hut are awaiting. The recently upgraded Shepherds Hut contains a king sized bed, Kitchenette, Dining Area and En-suite Shower Room. The Hot Tub is ready for you on arrival and the BBQ Hut is the best place to settle down for the night around the fire.
