However, if you ever need anything, the host resides on another floor of the triplex.

King size bed and the room has a large closet to hang things in. Because of NYC regulations, we can only host one person in the room at a time. Please note that we typically do not accept one night reservations more than a few of weeks in advance and also not for only a Friday or Saturday night.
