A stunning set of 18th century chateau doors divide the living and bedrooms and provide the 'wow factor' of this charming find. 'Atelier 22 York' is situated in York's 'Cultural Quarter', a few minutes walk from the Yorkshire Museum, the Theatre Royal, York Art Gallery and the Minster. The city's top eateries are a stone's throw away : Roots, The Star Inn The City, Betty's, Skosh, Partisan, Le Cochon Aveugle, as well as numerous pubs and bars; a gentle stroll back home at night. The beautifully restored medieval buildings of Stonegate and the Shambles provide the perfect setting for some last minute shopping. A modern and luxuriously furnished self contained lower ground floor flat in the leafy Leeds suburb of Roundhay - sleeps up to 4 Includes a large open plan living area/kitchen (inc. a home cinema) entering into a separate guest suite comprising a sizable bedroom and bathroom area. 10 mins walk to Roundhay Park, 5 mins to Street Lane amenities and regular bus routes into Leeds city centre. Dedicated access is via a bi-fold door onto a large patio/garden beyond that guests are welcome to use.

Chequer Barn Apartment

An oak framed loft apartment is above a large garage which is accessed by stairs with a balcony for tree level seating. The space is not attached to our house and has separate access. The pitched roof gives the apartment a feeling of space and light, with underfloor heating. The outside space is ideal if you want some fresh air. We are in a rural location with no amenities, although the nearest village is only two miles away. We would welcome all visitors, but we don’t accept children.
