Relax with family and friends at this peaceful 800 sq ft bungalow on Greers Ferry lake. The bungalow includes one queen size bed, a queen sized pull out couch, and a pool table. Enjoy playing pool, board games, or one of our many DVD’s. Walk down the trail to our private lake access with your paddle boards, kayak's, and floats. Shared access to a large fire pit with the main house. Pet friendly. Close proximity to a boat launch at Narrows Park across from Lacey's Marina or Sugar Loaf Marina.

Enjoy the creek view from bottom or upper deck. Family’s can also enjoy the gazebo and fire pit with the view of the creek in the background along with Bettis Mountain. We are also 1.5 miles from Greers Ferry Lake. Hiking, hunting, Atv riding, all close. Little Red river short drive, best trout fishing. You can hunt on the property.

Launching facilities and swimming are also available just a 1/4 mile away at the Narrows State Park. Heber Springs is just 30 minutes East. Enjoy the spacious yard perfect for outdoor activities or just relax on the large deck while enjoying the peaceful secluded surroundings. There is TV, DVD player with movies but NO CABLE. Great location if you fish or use the beautiful lake. Plenty of room for boat parking with plug ins. Two miles from Greers Ferry Lake. Cozy property with a fenced in back yard and large front yard. Home is set back off the street. A lot of parking for vehicles and boats with battery plug in accessibility. One queen size bed and two chairs that pull out to make two single beds.
