My 50's cottage is charming and cozy, renovated bath and kitchen, very clean and convenient to downtown Greenville, the Swamp Rabbit Trail, Traveler's Rest Paris Mountain Star Park & Furman University. Located in a quiet space with parking right beside the cottage. We are a straight shot to downtown Greenville in about 6-7 minutes. A State Park Pass is available for guest use. All the coffee essentials are provided. My goal is for you to unwind and enjoy everything Greenville has to offer!

The Cottage at Old Oaks Farm

Built in the early 1900's, this serene cottage is located approximately one mile from Furman University at the base of Paris Mt. It has been lovingly improved, but the floors are a bit slanted and no corner is exactly square. Located in a neighborhood on a five acre farm, it consists of three large rooms, comfortably furnished and lots of natural light. The cottage is convenient to downtown Greenville(5 miles),Travelers Rest, Furman, and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. No pet fee or cleaning fee.

Close to Hillcrest Hospital and Bon Secours in Simpsonville. 25 minutes from Presbyterian College, 30 minutes from Furman University. Guest have access to partially fenced backyard as well as full access to private cottage. Host lives on property! There is NO Bathroom Door.
