Σας καλωσορίζουμε στη νεόκτιστη οικία μας όπου νοικιάζουμε ξεχωριστό lux ημι υπόγειο διαμέρισμα 60τ.μ. Βρίσκεται σε ήσυχη γειτονιά, διαθέτει κήπο, πισίνα στον κοινόχρηστο χώρο. Η είσοδος στο χώρο του διαμερίσματος είναι ιδιωτική για τους καλεσμένους. Το σπίτι απέχει 3' με το αμάξι από την παραλία και 6' απο το κέντρο. Με αμάξι η απόσταση από το αεροδρόμιο είναι 17' και 5' από το λιμάνι της Ραφήνας. Η περιοχή της Αρτέμιδας είναι δημοφιλής τόπος για water sports (SUP, Windsurfing, kitesurfing).

Wer die Natur und Ruhe liebt, ist bei uns richtig. Unser gepflegtes Studio bietet Platz für 2 Personen. Wir haben eine tolle Aussicht, die Lage ist ideal für Ausflüge auf die ganze Insel. Das Studio besteht aus einem Schlaf-&Wohnraum mit Doppelbett, Satellitenfernseher, Kochecke, Kühlschrank, Duschbad, ca. 20 qm, plus Veranda. Der Eingang ist separat von der Veranda aus. Bettwäsche, frische Handtücher und Shampoo sind vorhanden. Die Reinigung ist inklusive und erfolgt einmal wöchentlich.

Located close to Super Paradise beach (walk distance), 5 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes driving to town.The jacuzzi is shared with the others members of the house max 6 people.
