Built in 1867, our attached carriage house has been renovated into a studio apartment. It has a private bath, complete kitchen, sitting area, in-floor heat, coffee and tea. We are located 7 kms south of Elora, 10 kms west of Fergus and 15 kms north of Guelph in the hamlet of Ponsonby. The apartment has a king size bed and a smart TV. No Pets or Smoking. Longer term rentals are available at discounted prices. We have honey bees, chickens, pigeons and a dog named Penny on the property.

Up to 2 additional guests a night, for $50/a person, however ZERO TOLERANCE against any parties loud music or loud talking past 11PM

Unique to any other metropolitan city, Toronto Island has limited vehicle access. This car free area boasts 6 kilometres of nature walks, children and pet friendly access to beaches, Centre island amusement park, artist exhibitions, restaurants and even a nude beach. A perfect getway for the hybrid vacationer.

The upper deck is an amazing one bedroom studio with a full newly renovated bathroom, a sweet kitchenette, an amazing king size bed, a 65 “ inch HD smart Samsung TV with a live edge counter- a great workspace or eating area. One wall is floor to ceiling windows -lots of great natural light!!! Outdoors has an amazing hot tub , rustic firepit area , a beautiful covered outdoor eating area with Bbq and you can hear the lake!! Note- the studio is a separate but is part of a house.
