Cozy Cabin in the trees-1 mile from Tanger outlet

The cabin is at the end of a long wooded drive and is nestled in the trees, but yet is less than a mile from Tanger Outlet Mall and just 5 miles from Metro Health Hospital. Downtown Grand Rapids is a short 12 minute drive, while Holland State Park on Lake Michigan is only a scenic 40 minutes away. The Cabin is perfect for both short business stays (near to US 131) and longer family vacations to West Michigan (see our guidebook). If you are interested in monthly stays, please contact us.

Lake Michigan Moon Barn

Welcome to your home away from home that we lovingly call the Moon Barn. We are situated in between South Haven and Saugatuck just a mile away from a hiking trail with public access to a Lake Michigan beach. Our home was built in remembrance of a family barn that sat on this location generations ago. It has natural barn wood and art works integrated throughout the house. Downstairs has a complete kitchen, dining area, spacious living room with a gas fire place, full bathroom, and a piano!

Oval Beach Cabin by 500 acre wooded/dune preserve

2 private bedrooms, 2 loft spaces, sleeps 8. Surrounded by conservation and wildlife. It is a rustic and eclectic, recently refinished 70’s cabin. It is surrounded by woods and trails and easily accessed by road. 35 private acres of forest on rolling hill terrain. Lots of wildlife nestled very close to the flat river; 30-40 minutes away from Grand Rapids. The Fred Meijer trail provides great biking or hiking opportunities. Lazy float tubing or kayaking down the flat river is very popular and only a short walk away. Horse back riding, golf courses, and an amazing local bakery all within a couple miles. And a fun sport court (basketball hoop, volleyball/badminton/pickelball net all right on site!

Cabin is also next to a bike path that takes you to town (10 mins) Beach (20 mins), or Hiking (20 mins).

The newly remodeled cottage has gorgeous knotty-pine paneling and comfortable furniture. The cottage lies in a cute RV/mobile home park which has been owned by me, Nancy, for 40 years. Pickleball, basketball, kayaks, and paddle boats available. There is a boat slip available on request.
