The apartment is located in the middle floor (1st floor). It is suitable for up to 4 persons, centrally heated and air-conditioned. Fully furnished apartment includes: entrance with wardrobe, bathroom with shower and washing machine, living room with kitchen, dining table and 4 chairs, Led TV and a couch (130 x 190 cm) for two persons, bedroom with sea view and two beds We assure you that you will be excited about our extensive garden. In the shade of our pine trees, cypress and laurel bushes you will be delighted to use: table and 4 chairs, solid wooden deckchair along with sunbathing cushion and a folding deckchair, outdoor shower, fitness area among the cypress trees, swing on a pine, direct access from the garden to the beach, gas grill, free parking in front of the house, free Wi-Fi internet in the apartment and in the garden. Our house is certainly ideal also for families with children. Every moment you can "jump" in the apartment directly from the pebble beach without tiring walking or driving. Just park your car in front of the house and enjoy your vacation.

The house is located in the heart of of Grado island, in a quiet area of villas and gardens. The apartment is on the first floor, it is just 100m from the lagoon and 200m from the sea. The apartment has got a beautiful terrace overlooking the well-kept and shaded garden with a bike parking. ALL are welcome in our house, without distinctions, even fury friends.

Centralissimo bilocale nella zona pedonale a 100 m dal mare nel cuore dell' aperitivo gradese. Luminoso, confortevole, climatizzato, con terrazzo abitabile che si affaccia sul viale principale. Comodo per 2 persone. Parlo anche inglese e tedesco. Dal 1° marzo 2018 sarà introdotta a Grado la tassa si soggiorno. Comunicherò gli importi appena saranno resi noti.

Mansardina a 2 passi dalla Basilica e dal mare.

La mansarda è situata al terzo piano di una casa in pieno centro storico, un monolocale con terrazza interna dove potrete cenare o rilassarvi. Si trova a due passi dalla Basilica, dai ristoranti, dai supermercati e dalla splendida passeggiata "La Diga". L'appartamento dispone di aria condizionata (nuova installazione).
