Named after our beloved black and white paint horse "Valentino" who lived to the ripe old age of 30 and reigned over these acres till early 2013. Newly remodeled "Valentio's retreat was once the "early days" home of the iconic Kris Kristofferson. It is loaded with all the comforts of home and some extras! The decor celebrates the spirit of Nashville with music business memorabilia that is from the owner Dana's personal collection. It is 13 miles from downtown Nashville. Only 20 minutes north of Nashville near Goodlettsville, Hilltop House is close enough to visit the city but far enough to enjoy nature. Boasting some of the best views in the Nashville area, Hilltop House is a newer home built in 2021. Come sit on our porch with a cup of coffee or drink, relax, unwind, and watch the deer, rabbits, and other wildlife. For larger groups ask about renting our other house next door as well.

Please note that this is the downstairs of our home and there are stairs up to a locked door which we have put a curtain over. We do have a baby and a dog upstairs, so minor overhead noise is possible!

Our beautiful 5 acre farm is only 15-20 min from downtown and a 1/4 mile from a scenic park with hiking trails. The cottage has 2 lovely courtyard gardens with benches and tables that are wonderful in the mornings and evenings to relax in. Our suite has beautiful views and has its own outside entrance.
