Architect's Upscale Hay Barn Conversion in Rural Sussex

Scandinavian influences inspire the open and bright interior, which blends in seemlessly with the paved terrace around the building. At the entrance of the building is a ca. 70cm deep decorative pond with water-feature, adding to Nettle Fields’ tranquil and relaxing setting. The hosts Michael & Toby and their dog Heidi live in a barn conversion at 50m distance and can help with anything you may require during your stay. Follow us on Instagram @Nettlefields; Michael is @michaelkopinski and Toby @tobschu. Nettle Fields is surrounded by a 1-acre garden plot. Several footpaths are nearby, leading to pubs, gardens, and a hotel with a new spa. Nearby Horsham offers everything to be expected from a pretty English market town. Brighton is 20 minutes by car. Since the property is in rural Sussex, it is best to have a car at one’s disposal. However, short distances to venues such as Leonardslee and South Lodge can easily be reached on foot or by a 5-minute taxi ride.

The cottage is situated on a private estate with complete solitude in 15 acres of orchards and fields. Guests are able to use our indoor swimming pool and hot tub at no charge. This is on the left of our family house 2 minutes walk from the cottage The 2 floor cottage has recently been fully renovated and you will find it to be warm, welcoming and decorated and furnished beautifully with full SKY TV, SKY Movies and Netflix available. This cosy cottage is situated in Windlesham, a pretty village in the Surrey Heath borough. Situated between Chobham Common and Swinley Forest, it is on the doorstep to some fantastic country walking and cycling routes; not to mention the famous golf courses in the area. Ideal location to visit Legoland, Thorpe Park, Ascot racing and Windsor castle. Heathrow Airport is only 15 miles away. Windlesham is known for the Boxing Day pram race and also a location to amazing gastro pubs.

Beautiful S.Downs Cottage, pool and tennis

A private gate takes you directly onto the South Downs with some lovely foot and cycle paths on your doorstep. Close to the beach and city, Chichester, Portsmouth, Southhampton, Winchester, Goodwood and Witterings beaches are in easy reach while Liphook station takes you to Waterloo in an hour. Ripsley is a place to get away from it all. Great for cyclists, walkers, couples and families. The pool and tennis court are available from May to end Sept/early Oct, Mon- Sat 9am - 1 pm.

Little Willow - town centre gem with parking

Little Willow is set in our walled garden and is a self contained annex to our home. It was completed in October 2020. It has a bedroom/sitting room with a king size bed, sofa, table and two chairs and a smart tv. There is also a kitchenette with kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, microwave, hob and fridge. The modern bathroom has a large walk in shower and heated towel rail. Travel cot and occasional bed available on request at an additional charge.
