It is serene, peaceful located 3km from the main road 63 and motorized boats are not allowed on the lake. You'll be surrounded by mature trees and a variety of birds and animals. There is a private, sandy lakeshore with its own big T-shape dock. It's perfect for swimming, fishing, and relaxing. The cottage is private,clean and comfortable. Perfect for people who love nature and want to relax!

That's why only six houses are located on a large area at comfortable distances for guests. The glass in the living room and the spacious terrace provides unique views regardless of the time of day or year (the houses have a fireplace and central heating). The shared area consists of extensive lawn areas and a vegetable garden.

Zbudowany w 1927 roku z cegły pruskiej, zachował do dziś swój oryginalny charakter oraz wiejską prostotę. Odrestaurowany i tradycyjnie wykończony, jest idealną ostoją dla ludzi chcących uciec od zgiełku miasta. Dom jest podzielony na dwa odrębne samodzielne gospodarstwa i do dyspozycji gości jest to prezentowane w ofercie, o powierzchni ok. 120 metrów kwadratowych.

Welcome to a new, all-season holiday home in Masuria. The house has 160m2, a large living room with a fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a sauna and a terrace. It is a comfortable, beautifully decorated space for 8 people. You will spend your vacations in Bartosze, a small village located 4km from Elk, a beautiful Masurian city. At a distance of 150m there are 2 beaches on Lake Sunowo, and the area offers forest trails, bicycle and canoe routes.

Entspannung in Masuren

Ihr wohnt in einem freistehenden Holzhaus separiert vom übrigen Hof. Natur pur. Von der Terasse habt ihr einen großartigen Fernblick auf die hügelige Wiesenlandschaft. Dort genießt Ihr auch die Sonnenuntergänge. Zum Hofbereich sind es 25 m, dort könnt Ihr auch den Wintergarten und die Bar sowie die Seeterasse nutzen. Beheizt wird das Haus mit einem Kaminofen, der durch Luftzüge auch die obere Etage versorgt. Dafür müsst Ihr Euch um die Befeuerung kümmern.

Przytulny, drewniany domek położony w spokojnej okolicy, na częściowo zalesionej działce nad jeziorem Tyrkło. Z tarasu roztacza się widok na ogród i jezioro - to doskonałe miejsce na relaks przy grillu, wieczory na świeżym powietrzu oraz aktywny wypoczynek. Domek znajduje się na wspólnej działce z większym domem, który bywa zamieszkany - mieszka tam również kot wychodzący. Z tego względu prosimy, aby psi goście byli nieagresywni.

Pokochasz to miejsce za zachodzące "do jeziora" słońce i ciszę przerywaną tylko śpiewem ptaków. Domek jest skromny, ale przytulny, w środku w pełni wyposażona kuchnia, oraz łazienka, a na wyposażeniu m. in. TV i klima .

Glemuria to siedlisko z 4 komfortowymi apartamentami. Każdy z fenomenalnym widokiem z okna. Chociaż budynek przylega bezpośrednio do domu właścicieli, szczególnie zadbaliśmy o prywatność naszych gości oraz spokojny i komfortowy wypoczynek. Prywatność to dla nas wielka wartość. No bo jak tu wypocząć, gdy nie można wyjść w szlafroku z kawą na taras? Najlepiej nie rób nic….
