Luxury cottage with pool access - La Bergerie

Nestled on the south slope of the Pic du Canigou, Mas Lou Poun is an ancient stone Catalan farmhouse. The ancient Bergerie, is situated away from the main house and has been recently renovated to luxury specs. Fall asleep to the sound of the river and wake to gentle birdsongs in the forest and meadow. It is surrounded by 9 hectares (25 acres) of private forests, rivers, canyons and numerous walking routes. The Bergerie has access to a natural pool fed by continuously flowing spring water.

Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.

L'accès est totalement indépendant de ma maison par un chemin piéton puis des marches en pierre catalane. Le chalet tout confort bénéficie d'une pièce de vie de plus de 20m2. NOUVEAU : il y a maintenant un vrai lit en 140 + un canapé lit de qualité.
