The Bluff House faces the Missouri River on 7 acres of beauty, neighboring the Bougeois Winery! The Katy trail & Rocheport are 1 mile away. Our home is two stories. We are upstairs and the Air BNB is downstairs. The Airbnb has a spacious living room, fireplace and dining room. All with views of the river and an open concept kitchen. Your entrance is completely separate and locked for use only by you. You will have a private covered deck, Bench on the bluff, Bikes, Fire pit and a Hammock!

O’s Barn Cabin offers a simple and unique way of relaxing in rustic fashion! Our pet friendly tiny home is 532 sq. ft of open space and country character. The location is out of the city, yet just a couple miles from all of the stores you need. The little cabin is nestled down our shared private and peaceful driveway, with views of cattle grazing in the pasture right off the front porch at the right time of year. Our big screen projector and fire pit are two amenities you'll be sure to enjoy!

The Latch House

Stay in Arrow Rock's oldest home. The Latch House was built in 1829 as a town store house. The home has been lovingly restored with renovations completed in 2018. Beautiful yard and flower garden. The Latch House is centrally located, just one block from the Boardwalk and 3 blocks from the Lyceum Theater. The kitchen has state of the art appliances in it's quirky galley style kitchen. Arrow Rock sit next to a beautiful state park with a visitors center, picnic areas and hiking trails.

Ms. Ada’s House

*BREAKFAST INCLUDED* Stay in a cozy log cabin located in an historic town. Ms. Ada’s House was completely restored in 2023. Built in the early 1830’s, you’ll feel like you’re stepping back in time while enjoying its modern amenities. Sleep in the original log cabin room, relax on the daybed swing on the front porch, and enjoy meals under the light of a lantern. Then at the end of the day, the bright and sunny living room transforms into a cozy den as you relax by the fireplace.

Katy Chalet

Relax with the whole family in this cozy home located in a quiet neighborhood. This home is situated two blocks from Harley Park which includes lookout point with a beautiful view of the Missouri River. One block away is the Katy Trail which includes the historic Katy Trail Bridge, as well as Isle of Capri Casino. Boonville is known for it’s history and charm. Attractions include museums, aquatic center, golf course, and Warm Springs Ranch home of the Budweiser Clydesdales.

Hunters heading to Grand Pass Conservation area have plenty of room to park the truck and boat. Saline County Fair Grounds are a 4 min. drive. MO Valley College Families are welcome, perfect place to stay during games.

The Shouse

The Shouse is a rustic living quarters built directly under the same roof as our horse stable. Bring your horses along and they can stay here too. The home has recently been fully renovated from an Amish tack shop. It is located in the heart of an Amish community. Spend your evenings relaxing on the front porch and watch the horse and buggies go by. Ask about booking your own buggy ride while you stay to get the most out of your visit!
