Spinney Cottage is a beautifully restored home located just outside the town of Pateley Bridge in Nidderdale, a short drive from the Yorkshire Dales and Harrogate. Built in 1883 and full of characterful features such as woodburning stove and exposed stone walls, the Cottage is very well equipped with BBQ, firepit, and outdoor seating. Set in 4 acres of gardens and woodland, guests can make the most of our peaceful location. Ideal for walkers, cyclists and those looking for a calming retreat.

Foxup House Barn

Foxup House Barn is a converted one bedroom farm building, totally self-contained to the side of our house. It has it's own entrance with private parking space for one vehicle and private walled and fenced garden. It is situated at the end of a no-through road, totally surrounded by hills with stunning views from every window. Newly converted in 2023 we have put much thought and love into the project, aiming to create a warm, comfortable and stylish space, finished to a high standard.

The Old Barn Cottage is fully self contained house with its own access and views over Malham Beck. Situated in the heart of Malham village there are two public houses within minutes walk. The Lister Arms, has been voted Yorkshire Pub of the Year and has a great menu. The nearby Buck Inn has hearty pub fare and a relaxed atmosphere. The Old Barn Café adjoining caters for walkers even if their boots are muddy! All the sights of Malham are easily accessible from this ideal location.

Well Cottage is centrally located in the small, charming market town of Settle sleeping 1-2 people. Ideally situated at the end of the High Street with free parking for 1 car. Shop, bars, restaurants and cafes are all within a 2 minute walk and the train station is within a 5 minute walk away. The Cottage is over 200 years old and has interesting historical features with internal stone walls and exposed windows. A small quirky cottage in a fabulous location.

The Servants Wing is situated within the the Stunning and Imposing Claughton Hall. The views from the property over the Lune Valley from an elevated hilltop position are spectacular. The Fenwick Arms gastro pub is a short 12minute walk away at the bottom of the private driveway. Whilst adjoining the main house the accommodation offers a great deal of privacy and includes a separate entrance & private outdoor area.
