Place in front of the Episcopal palace and just beside the offices of the Curia, our wonderful place is in the Ancient Heart Center of Gubbio. Few steps From the monuments more representative of the city as the famous Palazzo dei Consoli, the Ducal Palace, the Cathedral and the best restaurants and craft shops.

La “Dimora nel Borgo” è una accogliente abitazione nel centro storico medioevale di Maiolati Spontini, in essa si respira una atmosfera rilassata e confortevole, data dalla recente e accurata ristrutturazione, e dall'ambiente circostante tranquillo e silenzioso,  all'interno di un cortile di altri tempi. A pochi metri dall'abitazione ci sono sempre parcheggi disponibili e gratuiti, non ci sono restrizioni ZTL riguardanti il centro storico. La casa è completa di tutti i servizi.

Borgobo' è all'interno del Parco della Gola della Rossa e di Frasassi. È un insieme di casette, vicoli e prati scoscesi, un piccolo villaggio del '600. Lo sguardo di chi è a Borgobo’ abbraccia scorci di paesaggi incontaminati accarezzati dal vento, dove tutto è in armonia nella forma più selvaggia. Dal villaggio partono diversi sentieri che attraversano il Parco.
