An ideal ‘base camp’ as you explore the National Park and surrounding area. Light a fire and get lazy, chill out in the hottub, star-gaze at the incredible night skies, or just take in the majestic Pen y Fan as you plan (or recover from) your ascent.

Castle Cottage

Castle Cottage is situated adjacent to our family home, which has the historic Llanddew Palace (residence of Gerald of Wales) within its grounds. Located 1 mile north of the market town of Brecon and within the stunning Brecon Beacons National Park. Own parking & private small courtyard. Accessed via a shared driveway. Three bedrooms (2 doubles and a single), fully furnished kitchen, lounge & 2 bathrooms (1 shower, 1 bath). WiFi, linen and towels inc. Cot & high chair available. No pets.

An historic fully refurbished character barn attached to our traditional Welsh Long House home. Having a mezzanine bedroom with a double bed accessing it via a beautiful spiral staircase. Downstairs is an open plan lounge kitchen dinner with a wood burning stove and a beautiful chandelier. The kitchen is well appointed including electric oven/hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and a wine cooler. Large windows are at the front and back of the property with the most stunning views.

Step aboard The Toad, a beautifully restored 1921 GWR brake van (AKA Toad Wagon), once a vital part of post-war goods trains. Weighing 20 tons and brimming with original rustic features, this historic wagon offers characterful self-catering accommodation with a touch of luxury. Enjoy your own private en-suite with hot shower, wood-fired hot tub, and peaceful soundtrack of birdsong and country life. Based on a beef and sheep farm, just 8 miles from Builth Wells, 14 miles from Hay-on-Wye and 15 miles from Brecon. It is in a sunny, scenic, rural spot. Access to numerous footpaths, only a 10 minute hike to join the Wye Valley Walk. 10 minute drive or a scenic walk to local rural pub. Ideal for 2 people to get away to the beautiful Welsh countryside. The 'Little Barn' is located about 1.5 miles SW of the small town of Talgarth with fantastic views of the Black mountains. Ideal for a break whether it’s mountain walking, cycling, visiting the local book, food, countryside living or jazz festivals, or some peace and quiet to reflect on life. Has all kitchen amenities needed plus towels&bedding. There is a shower room with toilet and basin. WiFi and flat-screen TV.

This is a modern loft conversion in the beautiful Welsh countryside of Brecon Beacons. The loft is a self catering, open plan living space and kitchen with a double bedroom with en suite. It has an independent access via a wooden staircase and private parking. It has Wifi and Smart TV and DVD player. It is oil central heating and has a fully equipped kitchen. Set in a lovely garden with a large pond and a small woodland. Also a private patio area outside with table and chairs.

Our cosy cabin at woodland park glamping is nestled within our beautiful ancient woodland yet is just 5 miles from the Historic town of Brecon and perfect for exploring the surrounding Brecon Beacons National Park. Step out of the cosy cabin into a nature wonderland filled with wildlife and wild flowers. At night sit around your fire pit where you can cook supper, toast marshmallows, listen to the owls and as the light fades, have your breath taken away by the star filled skies.

Bumble Bee Cottage

Spacious one bedroom cottage, barn conversion. Called Bumble Bee cottage because of all the bumble bees in the flower garden and wild flowers. In a woodland setting one and a half miles from Llangorse and three miles from Talgarth. On a farm with sheep and horses, within the Brecon Beacons National Park and dark sky reserve. Underfloor heating, wood burning stove, king size bed and double bath with shower. It has a few steps inside and out. Well behaved dogs welcome upon request.
