It’s an easy walk to the Mid Valley shopping center and 6 miles from Carmel Valley Village with 30+ tasting rooms and restaurants, and 6 miles from downtown Carmel. The large outdoor patio with fireplace and barbecue is perfect for outdoor dining.

The Briggs Farmhouse is a 1920's 2-story charmer on a secluded ranch in Carmel Valley. A comfortable space with private entrance and bathroom. Light & airy with high ceilings and garden view through a large picture window. Queen size bed, ceiling fan, gas heater\fireplace, 35" flat screen swivel TV, Keurig coffee maker, and a large roll-in shower. Mini fridge, microwave, spacious patio & fenced yard right outside the door. There is NO KITCHEN. Dogs welcome with pre approval. $25.00 dog fee per stay. Due to extreme allergies cats are not allowed.

Mid Century Bungalow

This amazing mid century guesthouse is set 12 mi. East of Carmel and 2 mi. West of Carmel Valley Village. Very spacious and cozy with mountain, valley views and sunshine everywhere! Water, snacks, local coffee, shampoo/conditioner are all provided! The kitchenette does not have a stove/oven. The bungalow is a studio with a queen bed and I'm happy to set up an additional twin bed for an extra guest. The pool is open for our guests.
