Our family-run organic farm is situated 985 m above sea level with a beautiful view on the alps. We are surrounded by skiing areas: Zell am See-Schmittenhöhe, Kaprun-Kitzsteinhorn, Kitzbühel, Saalbach-Hinterglemm and Leogang. In addition, the Krimml Waterfalls and the Grossglockner High Alpine Road are close. The apartment is situated on the bottom floor of the farmhouse. It has its own entrance and a cosy sheltered patio with a great view that is situated directly next to a big garden.

In dit fijne huis met veel ruimte kom je helemaal tot rust. De omgeving is rustig, maar je bent binnen een paar minuten in levendige dorpen. Er is een grote woonkeuken met 5 slaapkamers. Daarnaast zit er een tuin bij met een heerlijk zitgedeelte. Ook is er voldoende parkeergelegenheid voor de deur. Daarnaast bieden we optioneel (tegen vergoeding) nog wat extra‘s: -Garage ruimte -Twee E-bikes -Twee normale mountainbikes Zo kunnen jullie fietsend de omgeving verkennen.

Mit dem Holzofen wird es wohlig warm, eine große Eckbank mit Tisch, Stockbett, Kommode befinden sich ebenso in der Hütte. Grillmöglichkeit direkt neben der Hütte, Wasser direkt an der Hütte am Brunntrog, Strom ist vorhanden. Das Plumpsklo ist ein paar Meter von der Hütte entfernt, eine Outdoor-Solarsackdusche ist vorhanden.
