This apartment is located in the outskirts of Salzburg, with a direct bus connection to the city centre of Salzburg. From the two balconies you have a wonderful view to the mountains and you can see the sunset. A traditional restaurant and a bakery are just 500 m from here. The DesignerOutlet Centre and other shopping malls are just a few kilometres away and ideally reachable by bus. The lovingly furnished 75 m² apartment in the district Maxglan West (Salzburg city) is located on the 2nd floor of a multiple dwelling. My wife, me and our 2 children live on the floor below. The bright apartment with attics has just been partly renovated and newly furnished. It is also well equipped for the needs of families. We offer a small play corner, a crib if required and a high chair. All windows in the flat have child safety locks. NEW: A washer-dryer is available free of charge.

Perfekt, um sportliche Aktivitäten durchzuführen, wie zum Beispiel: Wandern oder Radfahren. Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustüre. Kleiner Supermarkt 100 Meter entfernt, um alles nötige für den Aufenthalt zu kaufen. Gasthaus und Caféhaus zu Fuß erreichbar.

Die etwa 90 qm große Unterkunft liegt im ersten Stock eines 2-Familienhauses mit separatem Eingang. Zu Verfügung steht ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, sowie ein separates Zimmer mit etwas kleinerem Doppelbett (160x200 cm). Des Weiteren befindet sich in der Wohnung eine voll funktionsfähige Küche, sowie eine Waschmaschine. Wir freuen uns immer wieder neue Gäste willkommen zu heißen. Auch Biker sind hier herzlich willkommen!
