You’ll love my place because of the location, so close to everything and no noisy traffic, it is very quiet. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. Whilst not luxury accommodation, it is private, clean and comfortable and includes basic breakfast. Family friendly with plenty of room for your boat, caravan or camper. Virtue Farm is a 33 acre property overlooking K'gari (Fraser Island), with 27 acres of remnant forest. Kangaroos visit daily.

We’re just 8 km from the heritage city of Maryborough, 35 minutes from Hervey Bay, and about an hour and a half from Rainbow Beach. Or simply sit back, relax, and enjoy the peace and quiet (except for some noisy birds).

Mary River farm cottage

The Cottage has one bedroom with a queen bed, a sofa bed, a bathroom and a small kitchen, with a gas BBQ on verandah. Its suitable for a small family. It has Air-con. The farm has a herd of cows and some cultivated fields. There is a kilometer of Mary River frontage with bird, rare lungfish, frogs and platypus. There are large areas of scenic bush walking. Our place is dog friendly, but prefer the dog to stay outside in the secure enclosure on verandah.

Toogoom on the Beach

Hi. Welcome to 'Toogoom on the Beach'. Toogoom, means "a place of rest". Toogoom is 12 km from Hervey Bay which offers all the amenities of a modern city. You will have your own private self-contained flat with a swimming pool at your door and the beach 30 metres away. Guests get their own self contained 2 bedroom unit. The unit / yard is fully enclosed and totally pet friendly. Outside of the yard they have unlimited beach to play on.

It is only a leisurely 5 min stroll to the beach, cafes, and a 10 min stroll to the Urangan Pier.
