Welcome to 3011 Club Villas on the grounds of the gated Amelia Island Plantation. This peaceful 2 bedroom/2.5 bathroom marshside villa is located on the south end of Amelia Island, with the Oak Marsh Golf Course and Intracoastal Waterway directly off the back patio. There are two complex swimming pools nearby. Only dogs are considered but they must be approved by management. There are size and breed restrictions, and guests must agree to certain terms & conditions, and $150 nonrefundable fee.

This fully renovated condo is in The Sandcastles complex within Amelia Island Plantation. It has 1 bedroom, 1 bath, a flex room that can be used as an office or a sleeping space with a king trundle bed. Single kayaks & gas golf cart are included to explore Drummond Park, Walker's Landing, Nature Center, mini golf, multiple shops and restaurants all within Amelia Island Plantation. The location is great, views are incredible and is a very comfortable space for couples, and small families!

Enjoy your time in Fernandina Beach at the Amelia Island Resort. Our first floor Tennis Villas Condo is centrally located, adjacent to the tennis courts, and a 10 minute walk to the beach. The Tennis Villas Condos are the newest condos at the Amelia Plantation. The community pool is adjacent to the condo. The Master Bedroom has a King bed, the second bedroom has 2 queen beds, and both bathrooms have whirlpool bathtubs, a shower, separate water closets, and 2 vanities in each bathroom.
