What we provide- ~linens and towels ~cookware and servingware ~kitchen basics ~soap and shampoo ~starter kit of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and garbage bags ~the coffeemaker is a standard drip machine, filters provided ~the grill is propane, though there is also a charcoal grill for your use (byo charcoal) ~firewood, BYO kindling Rental Rules ~Check in is 4:00 PM-10PM / Check out is 11:00 AM -a fee will be charged for late checkout ~No Smoking in or near the Skoolie ~Dogs are allowed, with $40 Pet Fee ~No loud noise or parties ~Absolutely no UTV's, ATV’s, Trailers, or Camper Cancellation Policy 85% of paid prepayments refundable when cancelled 14 days before arrival or earlier. 50% of paid prepayments refundable when cancelled 7 days before arrival or earlier. 0% refundable if cancelled after. No date changes allowed within 7 days of arrival. Please note that no exceptions will be made to the Cancellation Policy, and that we strongly suggest purchasing Trip Insurance that would cover last minute cancellations due to illness or other unforeseen emergencies.

Bark Shed, Gunner pool& Blanchard Springs Caverns also nearby. White River fishing and horseback riding right down the road. Bring your ATV or motorcycle. Only a short scenic (20min) drive to historic Mtn View!

Our cabin on the creek features native stone, cedar, 2 covered porches & a massive deck reaching toward the Sylamore Creek. One of the best fishing & swimming holes is directly out the front door! ~5 miles to downtown to catch talented folk musicians on the square, head up to the famous Blanchard Springs Caverns & Ozark-St. Francis Forest for hiking/biking, or to Big Flat, AR for our award-winning brewery.

Off-Grid High Noon Cabin

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The High Noon Cabin is the 1st of three cabins being built on our beautiful property next to the White River. Everything in this off-grid cabin was hand made using locally resourced lumber and supplies. Enjoy the beautiful scenery throughout the year - sunrise to sunset. Located just 8 miles from the town of Mountain View where you can take part in our many local festivals, listen to music, or just check out the beautiful Ozark Mountains.

Cabin in the woods

My studio cabin is located on 60 acres of woodland about 8 miles from Mountain View. My walking trails will take you to some beautiful rock formations and an occasional glimpse of the mountains. After that long walk you will have two comfy queen beds with great pillows! There is a couch, loveseat and a recliner, books, TV, movies, and a fully equipped kitchen. DISH TV REMOTE- Press power button and then TV button to turn TV on. The remote for the DVD player is in top drawer under tv.

This Cabin is beautifully decorated, cozy, quiet and conveniently located minutes from Blanchard Springs National Park, the mighty White River and Mountain View town square. Nestled on the edge of Sylamore Wild Life Management in the foothills of the Ozark National Forest you are just far enough out of town to see an array of white tail deer, turkey, hogs, birds and more. Looking for a place to getaway and relax with your favorite person? Buffalo Bender Cabin is a great couples retreat at the Buffalo River National Park! Conveniently located less than 2 miles (5 minutes) from the river, this 7-acre property joins the national park land. Small, but cozy, our tiny house tucked in the woods provides everything you need on your Natural State adventure. The cabin is ideal for two people, but can accommodate three.
