Two private patio areas, rear patio giving direct access to a large garden for you to explore, relax and enjoy.

Visitor parking available opposite the property making this ideal for guests who need their own vehicle to explore beyond Eastbourne. Oast Cottage is on the edge Ashdown Forest with beautiful walks. Various children's activities within 30-45 mins away, Quiet location, with amazing views, comfy beds. You can reach a local pub (Crow & Gate) by a nearby footpath taking 20 mins roughly. All other pubs and shops are a 10 minute drive away. As we are in the heart of the countryside, we do have Chickens and a Cockerel nearby to the cottage.
