The local countryside is great for walking, road or mountain biking. Within 10 minutes are the pretty market town of Ledbury, Eastnor Castle, and the wedding venue Birtsmorton Court. Great Malvern and the Three Counties Show-ground are 20 minutes and Cheltenham - home of the Gold Cup and literature and jazz festivals - is around 30 minutes.

The Tallet, Self-Contained Country Annex

The Tallet is perfect for couples, nestled away within the quiet village of Ampney Crucis on the outskirts of Cirencester, a busy little market town at the heart of the Cotswolds. The detached annex is on 2 separate levels, self-contained allowing peace/privacy throughout the stay. Accessed down a shared drive to the end of our cottage garden, benefiting from stunning views of the surrounding countryside. Within walking distance to the Crown at Ampney Brook where you can enjoy drinks/food.

A self contained annexe on a working small holding which has recently been refurbished to a high standard. It is overlooking the unique village of Sheepscombe with fantastic panoramic views over the village and surrounding National Trust beechwoods. This rural retreat is a walkers paradise, dog friendly with close access into the woods behind and near to the Laurie Lee way in the Slad Valley. Stroud, Cheltenham, Cirencester and Gloucester are a short drive away. An idyllic quiet get away.

Priory House Annex

A spacious one bedroom private annex room, en-suite shower and beautiful private patio area. Enjoy a relaxing drink by the pond & firepit after a day out. Walking distance to Monmouth town centre, with all local amenities, and the Royal Oak pub a 5 minute walk away. King size bed, in addition option to sleep up to 2 additional people on sofa bed & fold out bed. Mini fridge, kettle, toaster, private entrance to front of property, parking to side. Modern Hayloft in Cotswolds

The hayloft is very old but we have converted it into a 2 bed suite (one double bed & one big round bed on the mezzanine) with a 'shed bathroom' and a large lounge. It is on top of part of our own house (above the kitchen) but has a separate private entrance and a door onto the garden. There is no kitchen facility - think hotel rooms rather than self catering! It is right in the heart of the village a couple of hundred metres from good restaurants, ancient pubs and independent shops.

Just 4 miles from Abergavenny with views of the Brecon Beacons and many walks and bike rides along quiet roads, from the door.
