The Gorge Zipline is located in our quaint little town and the Green River has hiking, tubing, kayaking, white water rafting, rock climbing! This adorable garden level condo has been completely remodled and offers granite counter tops, new stainless appliances, luxury vynal planking, tiled walk in shower and so much more. Located just 5 minutes from Rutherfordton Hospital, 13 minutes from the TIEC, and a short drive to Tryon. This is a garden level condo with a place above you so you may hear footsteps. Also, we had to install an up-flush system for the plumbing so you will hear the motor briefly as it pushes the water up.
