Located in the neighborhood of Ashley Forest, a small corner of Avondale, you are walking distance to breweries, cafes, wine bars, sushi restaurants and more. Downtown is a 10 minute ride share away, and there is also a bus stop five minutes from the property that will take you to the heart of King Street.

Relax in this separate guest home nestled in a well-established Lowcountry neighborhood. The ‘treehouse’ has an open-plan design with vaulted notched board ceilings, creating a feeling of light and space, with elegant furnishings throughout. The well-equipped kitchen and grill on the porch encourages intimate home cooking. We lived in this space before we moved into the main house, so we can attest to it being comfortable, and well maintained.

My STR license number is STR25-A0072. Due to new rules put in place by the city of Folly Beach all guests must provide names and addresses and agree to follow all Folly Beach rules and regulations.
