Dune Villa is located on the west end of 30-A. Our stand alone guest house has a private entrance with guest parking, full kitchen, laundry, queen size bed, bathroom and outdoor shower. Just around the corner from Stinky’s Fish Camp, Santa Rosa Golf Club, Topsail State Park, Coastal Dune Lakes and Gulf Place Town Center. You can swim, fish, or float as much you like and walk as far as you can see. 5 minutes away you can take a walk down the quaint city of Florala which offers many antique stores and the beautiful Lake Jackson. Visit Destin with its white sand beaches, PDL Springs, Vortex Springs, or Econfina all within an hour. Please ask about water level of lake before booking!

Since this is a green houseboat, a porta-potty is located about 50 ft. from the boat and the private parking.
