The property is a portion of a 16th Century Casa Colonica (a typical Tuscan farmhouse) situated atop a hill surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and sprawling views of the surrounding hills. It is located in Settignano, a small neighborhood 6 km from the center of Florence with bus n.10 which end of line is only 50 meters from the access gate of the house. In 15 minutes you can easily reach the center of the city. Beside the gate there s the bar Vida, always full of delicious pastries and fresh tramezzino sandwiches.
