"The Lodge" is a beautifully finished self contained holiday let in the middle of a working alpaca farm with over 100 alpacas and llamas grazing in wildflower meadows surrounding The Lodge. The Lodge is fully equipped with modern facilities. The view from the lodge overlooks the farm and surrounding fields, providing a perfect backdrop to savour your morning coffee on your private patio.

Guests can use one bedroom and have exclusive use of the rest of the cottage which benefits from its own private garden and patio area. The cottage is 20 minutes from Gatwick and 10 minutes from Haywards Heath Railway Station. Local attractions include the South of England Showground, Wakehurst Place & The Bluebell Railway.

Located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the quiet setting is a short stroll to our local pub which serves great food. With plenty of local walks and visitor attractions nearby such as steam railways, vineyards, national trust properties and quaint villages. Own transport is needed, although the local bus connects to Haywards Heath and East Grinstead.

Our cosy and comfortable studio, 'The Yellow Door' is located in the garden of our family home. In a quiet rural location, Furners Green is situated on the edge of Sheffield Forest . Airy and spacious in the eaves above our barn style oak garage, the Studio comprises of a kingsize bed, additional single bed, well equipped kitchenette, comfortable seating area with TV and wifi, and a bathroom with shower, sink and loo and fresh towels. You can park up to two cars in our driveway.

It is completely self-contained, with a separate entrance from the adjacent family house. With a sumptuous superking bed (or two twins), sofa bed, unlimited fast WiFi and HDTV, you are assured of a relaxing and welcoming stay in a family-friendly setting in the East Sussex countryside.

In the heart of Mid-Sussex, our former dairy farm dates back to the early 1800's. The barn has been recently restored to provide 1000 sq ft of luxurious accommodation with wonderful views across the wheat fields to the west. Guests can enjoy countless walking and cycling trails from the front door. Brighton, historic Lewes, Glyndebourne, Hickstead and the South Downs are all a stones throw away. Gatwick is less than 30 mins by car and London a further 45 by train.

Sheffield Park lodge is a special place to stay & has a style all its own. Formerly a game keepers lodge for the house on the Sheffield Park Estate (now a National Trust Garden), the lodge has been lovingly restored. Sitting in 14 acres of meadow and woodland, the lodge shares the driveway to our home while providing privacy. You will be perfectly located to explore the beauty, the heritage and excitement that East Sussex has to offer.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
