The Lodge 44a (refreshed in 2025!) is purpose built, STEP FREE, accessible, semi-detached bungalow (shower is NOT wheelchair accessible) on the edge of Worthing a short walk from the National Park. Consists of a King-size en-suite bedroom, very well equipped kitchen, cosy and comfortable lounge/diner/utility room with additional toilet/high end washer/dryer. It has every home comfort, 55" OLED TV incl. full cable & streaming TV. Free off street parking. Own front door. Very fast (secure) Wi-Fi.

Perfect for Walkers and cyclists. Amazing views Our Barn is perfect for couples, friends, wedding guests, solo adventurers, and friendly dogs. It is not suitable for young children. This small unique place has a style of its own. Cozy, comfortable and clean. Located in a residential area in West Worthing with easy access to shops, train station and bus routes. Within walking distance of the beach or you have the use of bicycles. We converted this space as independent accommodation for our daughter who has since flown the nest. The South Downs Loft We’re situated in the South Downs National Park on the South Downs Way half way between Winchester & Eastbourne. Ideal for those who are walking/cycling the SDW. The loft is bright & comfortable. Ideally for 2 adults, but a 3rd adult/child can be catered for. There is a king bed, kitchenette, shower room, a couple of comfy chairs & tv. Patio doors to a deck, BBQ, with stunning views onto the surrounding fields. Here you can see the free range pigs.

Welcome to Carwen Studio. We can’t wait to host you in sunny Worthing. We are in a lovely walk into the very popular Broadwater and Tarring areas and a short journey to Worthings Cafe and Beachlife. Carwen Studio is well equipped . There is a comfortable lounge with Kitchenette which includes kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge. As well as this great lounge you have a bedroom and shower room and you are welcome to use an allocated of road parking space.
