Just a short stroll down through the fields will bring you to a rocky cove where guest often spot the local dolphins and seals. If you follow the coastal path for 25 minutes you will arrive at Mwnt - one of Ceredigion's most stunning sandy bays with a whitewashed chapel on the hill - but if you don't fancy the walk it's a 10 minute drive!

Creative studio space with wonderful garden veranda with an outdoor woodburner. Spacious and artistic, the studio has a good book library, woodburner for cosy evenings in, lovely light and spacious en suite bedrooms with exposed beams. The property is carbon neutral with underfloor heating, hemp and lime insulate the walls with natural clay paints giving the place a homely and organic feel. We have lovingly renovated the barn from a derelict over the past 10 years and enjoy welcoming guests.
Y Caban Pren is located within a six acre property about three miles from Cardigan. It is set in a stunning landscape with far-reaching views. The accommodation is self-contained, and is constructed to a very high standard, with thick insulation, electric heating and double glazing to all rooms. Much of the hot water is solar heated. It is comfortably fitted out with neutral colours, and the kitchen area is well equipped, with fridge. Outside, there is a decking area with table and chairs.

Golygfa, meaning ‘nice view’ is a name of our home that is on top of a little hill overlooking the Teifi gorge. Stunning views towards the Preseli hills, just a stones throw from Poppit Sands and Mwnt beach.

The studio is attached to the main house, but with a separate entrance. There is a guest gazebo, overlooking a sheltered garden. The house is at the end of a stepped path, off one of the winding village roads, with a lovely view over the surrounding countryside. Extra point, I’m afraid I can’t take dogs.
