Nel giardino di proprietà è situata una piscina (da giugno) e un gazebo in legno con BBQ. In zona residenziale,fuori dal centro storico, l'alloggio è finemente arredato e confortevole.Ha ingresso indipendente,fa parte di una casa colonica in stile toscano con soffitti in mezzane e travi in legno.E' composto da soggiorno/pranzo con divano letto matrimoniale e attigua cucina ben attrezzata (frigocombo,lavastoviglie e forno microonde).La camera da letto matrimoniale è sul soppalco al quale si accede con una comoda scaletta. Sotto si trovano gli armadi e le cassettiere.Arredo di design.

La casa è un rustico in pietra e legno nel parco delle Alpi Apuane, un luogo ideale per chi desidera fare camminate nei boschi e conoscere e frequentare le attrattive della Versilia e della Toscana tra mare e monti .. La casa è composta da cucina completa con fornelli a gas , wi-fi , divano letto e per riscaldamento per la stagione invernale ha una stufa a legna e pompe di calore preimpostate , una camera da letto con bagno completo con doccia, un soppalco di legno con un letto singolo .

"Mercanti" cozy attic in a tower house

An old tower house in the heart of Pisa. A fully equipped stainless steel kitchen with espresso machine and kettle. The interiors blends wooden beams, steel and glass with a swinging hammock, designer lamps, a turntable and an extensive library of art and illustration books. The bedroom is accessed via an internal staircase, while the apartment is located in the attic (3rd floor) of a historic building: the staircase is a bit steep, so unfortunately it may not be comfortable for everyone.
