There is an outside sitting area, expansive, private backyard including a gas grill. The kitchen is well appointed including tile backsplash, stainless appliances, Quartz countertops and more. We are a half a block to main street, two blocks to the harbor and the Martha's vineyard ferries. We are also less than a mile to the ocean.

(Bristol Beach is 3/10 of a mile away, and Falmouth Heights Beach is 1/2 mile from the house). Perfect for a family of 4 or couples retreat. Please note that the bedrooms are very small and neither of them can accommodate any sort of portable crib, such as a Pack and Play.
