Need a getaway in the middle of the woods? Come visit the Whispering Pines Cottage in the mountains. Surrounded by beautiful nature, streams, forests, hiking trails, and so much more! We are located near Linn Run State Park, Powdermill Nature Reserve, Seven Springs Mountain Resort, Ohiopyle, and the beautiful, quaint village of Ligonier! Our cottage has a full kitchen with all the basics, 2 beds, and a fully equipped bathroom. We do not have cell reception. Our wifi is VERY SLOW/does not work.

Mid century modern getaway cottage near Ohiopyle

Welcome to Humming Bird Haven, tucked away in the Laurel Highlands just minutes from Ohiopyle. Enjoy this getaway property that has an updated kitchen with a beautiful live edge dining table. Use this cottage as a base to enjoy the many activities the area has to offer or just relax on the large open porch. A small creek runs through the property with a fire pit area and a large hammock to bird watch in. We are nestled in between a small farm and an old junk yard filled with rusty cars.

Great cottage nestled in the mountains on 63 wooded acres with barn, spring house and main house. Cottage has fireplace with first ring of logs provided. Two Smart TVs , VCR and DVD player with tapes and DVDs provided. Large deck and patio furniture off the living room with private woodland views and a babbling brook. Outdoor fire pit also provided. Close to Fallingwater, Ohiopyle and Seven Springs. Pet friendly (up to 2) and beautiful hiking trails in our woods.

Newly renovated home on a private wooded lot-just 5 mi from Seven Springs Resort and 16 mi from Falling Water and Ohiopyle. Well equipped! Sleeps 6 comfortably (3bdrm/1.5 bath)! Relax & Enjoy the Mountains! ***We have recently replaced a couch and chair and some bedding that photos don’t reflect. We are scheduling new photo shoot and plan a remodel on 2024! This dreamy mountain inn is the perfect place to get away and relax in the mountains. It has 3 King beds a sleeper sofa and 2 baths. The home has a large yard and patio with a hot tub. BBQ grill and fire ring outside. Only a short drive to Ohiopyle and Fallingwater…less then 5 minutes!
